This is the home page of Guy Gascoigne - Piggford, right now it's a place holder for a variety of stuff that interests me, but give it time and it may develop into something more.

I am a software engineer with Tripwire, a Portland based startup specializing in system integrity software.  Previously I worked with Informix Software for three years where I developed database server performance monitoring software on NT.

Outside work (you mean there is a life outside work?):  I live in Portland, Oregon (since Nov. 1996), though I'm English and most recently spent 11 years living in London.  It's certainly warmer here, though it rains more :-(
